HOLLYSTOWN IMPROVEMENT SCHEME

• The scheme involved the upgrade of the Church Road – Ratoath Road crossroads. The crossroads lies on a busy commuter route.
• The junction had a poor accident history prior to the upgrade.
• The upgrade consisted of the construction of a new 32-metre inscribed diameter roundabout with associated advanced warning signage and road markings.
• Traffic management was a critical part of the construction.
