CSEA were employed by Green Property Ltd as structural consultants within a design team led by an architectural practice on a number of the building developments within the park constructed by Green Property.

These included:

• 5 industrial units with individual floor areas in excess of 60,000 sq. ft.
• 8 industrial units with individual floor areas in excess of 30,00 sq. ft.
• 2 cluster units of 60,000 and 45,000 sq.ft. respectively
• 2 retail developments with a combined area of 60,000 sq.ft.
