Clifton Scannell Emerson Associates are experienced and have expert knowledge of our duties as Designer in accordance with the Construction Regulations 2013. All projects are fully risk assessed as part of our standard duties as Designers. CSEA have procedures to ensure information is communicated to the PSDP as required.
CSEA act as Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) on many projects, both in conjunction with or independently of our role as Designer and Project Manager. We have procedures and training in place to ensure the role of PSDP is carried out in full accordance with the Construction Regulations 2013.

CSEA provide Clients with Health & Safety advice as to their responsibilities in accordance with the current Health & Safety legislation.
We can provide our clients with all Health and Safety documentation necessary to comply with current legislations such as competency questionnaires for the appointment of the Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) and submission of AF1 Forms to the Health & Safety Authority (HSA).
