NAVAN INNER RELIEF ROAD

Design and attain planning for new 1.5km section of inner relief road linking the N3 (Kells Road) to the Ratholdren Road.

• New Bridge spanning the River Blackwater.
• Appropriate Assessment of the Blackwater SAC being undertaken.
• Provision made for cyclists and pedestrians.
