MOUNT MERRION QBC

• The scheme involved the widening and upgrading of the existing N31.
• Realignment of the existing heavily trafficked junctions, provision of new pedestrian and cycle track facilities, upgrading of the existing traffic junctions and accommodation of existing services.
• Accommodation works were required to facilitate the several hundred residents along the scheme and the extensive mature trees.
• The works were constructed using Dublin City Council’s Schedule of Rates & Conditions of Contract.
• CSEA prepared the requisite contract documents, construction drawings, cost estimates and acted as PSDP for the works.
