Quality is inherent in our business systems and is a priority in every aspect of our projects.
Internal quality audits are conducted monthly on projects by a team of qualified lead auditors.
The audits assist in monitoring the progress of individual projects to ensure they are being carried out in line with both CSEA’s quality procedures and the ISO quality standard. Surveillance audits are conducted annually by the NSAI to ensure our Quality Management System continues to comply with the requirements of the ISO quality standard.
