Our Road Safety Audit staff have completed the Professional Certificate in Road Safety Audits awarded by University College Dublin. Clifton Scannell Emerson (CSEA) has carried out numerous Road Safety Audits (in accordance with NRA HD 19 - Road Safety Audits) for Local Authorities and private clients.
The schemes audited included:

- Commercial and residential developments
- Temporary traffic management layouts
CSEA staff have extensive training and experience in carrying out Quality Audits for Local Authorities on a wide range of transportation schemes. Quality Audits, as described in the Design Manual for Urban Roads and Streets (DMURS), consist of a number of separate audits including: Accessibility Audits, Non-Motorised User (NMU) Audits and Cycle Audits/Reviews.
Accessibility Audit - Monkstown Area
Client: Dun Laoghaire – Rathdown County Council
Production of an audit report that included a detailed inventory of accessibility issues for people with mobility and sensory impairments on all roads, footpaths and public spaces in an area in Monkstown covering approximately 3 square kilometres.
