- Two storey over basement split level dwelling (circa. 650 sq. m) on a sloping site above a stream in Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow.
- Site investigation works indicated the need for piles.
- Vibration monitoring was undertaken during the piling works to mitigate disruption to adjoining properties.
- The basment structure was designed as a grade-3 basement to BS8102 to provide a habitable space.
As part of the planning process, Clifton Scannell Emerson Associates (CSEA) liaised with Wicklow County Council to carry out percolation and soil testing prior to the installation of an effluent treatment plant for foul water disposal.
