Clifton Scannell Emerson Associates were appointed as civil/structural engineers for the refurbishment of the existing Philips factory, which provides a new headquarters and training facility for Leinster Rugby within University College Dublin.
The new state-of-the-art facility is located adjacent to the Institute of Sport and Health (ISH) and the recently refurbished Engineering Department. The development will contain the playing Squad, Management, and Academy along with the administrative arm of the organisation.
CSEA were engaged by both the landlord, UCD, for the enabling works upgrade for the building and by the tenant, Leinster Rugby, for the internal fit-out including 2-storey mezzanine, flooring upgrades and all internal alteration works.
