Fit-out of Phillips Head Offices in the Fonthill Industrial Estate in West Dublin to provide office accommodation in a mix of open plan and cellular offices. Accessed via a central core containing lifts, toilets etc. the three storey office accommodation included a new Reception area and open plan offices adjacent to an extensive warehousing facility. The project also incorporated a new kitchen fit-out and WC accommodation including Shower / Locker rooms.
