Cat A Fit-out works included installation of lifts, completion of M&E services including fire alarm and security, floor, wall and ceiling finishes including marble tiling and walnut wall panelling to lift lobbies, reception area and toilets complete with ceramic tiling and high specification finish throughout . The basement fit-out included installation of lighting, wall and floor finishes to lift entrances and store rooms, fire protection and fire alarm, floor sealing and line-marking and fire doors and frames.
