Date Centre 2 site is a 7 hectare site which consists of three buildings:
Building A - Gross Floor area of 9,500 sq.m.
Building B - Gross Floor area of 4,500 sq.m
Building C - Gross Floor area of 20,000 sq.m.
Building A
- Existing 9,500 sq.m. building
- Extensive structural strengthening of the building
- Planning permission for the new elevation treatment
- Construction of 6 Data Halls and associated electrical rooms
- Development carried out in 6 phases with each phase completed in an 18 week build programme.
- Project completion in Q2 of 2014
Total Build Cost € 95 Million
Building B
- Existing 4,500 sq.m. building
- Extensive structural strengthening of the building
- Planning permission for the new elevation treatment
- Construction of 6 Data Halls and associated electrical rooms
- Development carried out in 6 phases with each phase completed in an 18 week build programme.
- Project completion in Q2 of 2014
Total Build Cost € 55 Million
Building C:
- New 2 storey 20,000 sq.m. building
- Designed for 9 Data Halls and associated electrical rooms, internal stand by generators
- Integrated office development
- Development is to be carried out in 10 phases.
- Phase 1 – shell and core is due to be complete in September 2014
- Project completion in Q1 of 2016
