This project involved the development of a site of approximately 2.76 hectares (6.82 acres) at Feltrim Road, Drinan, Swords, Co. Dublin for Ellney Ltd. in partnership with Fingal County Council.
The development consisted of the construction of 10 No. Enterprise Buildings including circulation roads and roundabouts, carparking and footpaths. The buildings are subdivided into a number of units including starter office and light industrial units. Finishes are a combination brick, stone, architectural cladding panels and fairfaced blockwork. The structural form used consisted of a combination of loadbearing masonry, reinforced concrete, structural steelwork and timber trussed rafters. The total commercial floor area is approximately 11,000m2.
