Fingal Bay Business Park is a joint development between Fingal County Council and Howard Holdings Ltd. The project to date has evolved, incorporating site development of the park inclusive of Feature Lake, industrial facility of Bridgestone, the Governments new Passport Office and 22 own door business units. Significant additional developments are proposed with the joint venture.
