R700 Thomastown Relief Road, Kilkenny

CSEA were involved in the scheme from Inception to Tender Stage, and acted as Designer and PSDP, for this 3.4km of new single carriageway running north of Thomastown from the R700 Kilkenny Road to the R700 New Ross road including a 90m long bridge over the Kilfane Stream. The engineering consultancy and design services provided include: constraints study and route selection, preliminary design, public consultation, tender of site investigation works, procurement and management of specialists, Part 8 Planning, land acquisition by Compulsory Purchase Order, preparation of contract documents and drawings for tender.
