Clifton Scannell Emerson Associates were appointed as Civil and Structural engineering consultants for the development of a large waterside residential development including marina construction and pedestrian footbridge.
In order to facilitate pedestrian access throughout the Marina whilst maintaining access for boats to private moorings, a lifting bridge in structural steelwork was constructed.
Harbour walls are constructed of a reinforced earth system faced with precast concrete units.
