BLANCHARDSTOWN BUS INTERCHANGE

• 550m of road widening and service diversions to facilitate construction of bus lanes and a bus interchange in Blanchardstown Centre.
• Scheme also included the provision of cycle tracks, and upgrade of footpaths and 3No. signalised pedestrian crossing facilities.
• CSEA carried out the preliminary design, tender process, detailed design, and site supervision for this project.

This project aimed at giving a ‘facelift’ to this busy area of Blanchardstown Centre with bespoke architecturally designed bus shelters, architecturally selected lamp standards and landscaping, and a high standard of workmanship was required and achieved.
