BELGARD CASTLE, CRH

Clifton Scannell Emerson Associates are retained for strengthening works on the listed building and for the new development of integrated new offices and service areas to the Belgard Castle office complex of CRH plc. 

The new offices will involve linkage to the existing castle and courtyard buildings and upgrading of utility services.
