Peter has 30+ years experience of Consulting Engineering & Construction Project Management for Public and Private clients including South Dublin County Council, Fingal County Council, Louth County Council, Green Property Ltd, IDA Ireland, Howard Holdings, Harcourt Developments and Stadium Investments.
Peter has substantial project management experience particularly in relation to the development of Business Parks and Industrial lands. Peter is knowledgeable on all aspects of masterplanning, service requirements and development issues associated with such works. Peter's experience also includes a range of Public Infrastructure Projects including Roads, Water and Waste Water Schemes. His Structural experience includes large Retail Developments, Offices, Industrial and Institutional.

Previously while working with RPS he was involved in the M50 South –Eastern Motorway scheme.
Geraldine graduated with an honours degree and a PhD from University College Dublin, She has almost 20 years experience and joined CSEA in 1999. Geraldine is a Director of CSEA with particular responsibility for Finance, HR and Quality.
Michael has 35 years experience in Civil/Structural Consulting Engineering in Ireland/UK. Michael has vast experience in Structural Projects such as Award Winning Glasnevin Cemetery as well as in Healthcare/Educational, Institutional, Commercial, Residential, Restoration and acting as Resident Engineer.
Other key projects include in his career Portlaoise Hospital New Psychiatric and A& E Unit's, Termonbarry Marina, Stadium Business Park, Blanchardstown Retail Park 2, TCD School of Pharmacology and Genetics, DIT Aungier Street Phase 1, Harcourt Centre, George's Quay Development. Pat has 30+ years experience in Civil/Structural Engineering Consultancy on a variety of projects including Infrastructure and Buildings. He has acted as Project Manager for large infrastructure projects for IDA and Local Authorities in addition to numerous buildings for private developers.
Pat has significant experience in Contract Management for both large and small-scale civil and structural projects including tender procedures under the IEI conditions of contract and the New Form of Public Works Contract. Clients include Fingal County Council, South Dublin County Council, Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, IDA Ireland and Green Property.
Marcus has 20+ years experience and has extensive experience in civil engineering, roads, water services, utility provision and site development. Marcus is a member of Engineers Ireland (IEI), Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (CIHT) and the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM).
This experience includes design, planning, procurement and contract administration of contracts related to all of the above project types. Clients include Dublin City Council, Fingal County Council, Louth County Council, IDA Ireland and a number of private clients.
Hubert has been with CSEA since 2002 follow graduating from University of Dundee in 2001. He’s since gained extensive experience in all aspects of Civil & Structural Engineering design on a projects such as CrH Finance Building, Philips Electronics, Ballycoolin & Cappagh Road Realignment Scheme, Premier Business Park, Fingal Bay Business Park, Own Door Units & Chapel UCD.
Hubert has particular experience in large utility and services design, road alignment and pavement design, structural design of large buildings for commercial, industrial, retail, offices. Clients include but are not limited to Fingal County, Dublin City Council, South Dublin County Council, Green Property, Howard Eurocape Ireland Limited.
Pauraic joined CSEA in 2000 and has gained 15+ years extensive experience in Civil & Structural Engineering design on a large range of projects including One Molesworth Street, Horizon Business Park, Units 1-6 & A & B in Fonthill Business Park, Midlands Prison Extension, Blanchardstown Retail Park, Ongar Road, Ballycoolin Bus Corridor, Cruiserath Road and Drainage Works to name but a few.

As a graduate from Dublin Institute of Technology, Ronan joined CSEA in 2002 and is a Senior Design Engineer in both Civil and Structural engineering design having gained extensive experience on a wide variety of projects. Ronan has particular experience in utility and services design, road alignment and pavement design.

Caroline has particular experience in Distributor Road Networks, Utilities, Drainage Schemes, Sewerage Networks, Junction Upgrade and Design, Road Realignment and Widening, Part VIII Planning Process, Tender Process, Site Supervision, Contract Management with the GCCC, Design and Build schemes, Constraints Studies, Route Selection and Environmental Impact Assessments. Clients include Fingal County Council, Kilkenny County Council, Green Property Ltd and South Dublin County Council.
Aidan has 30+ years experience and joined CSEA in 1980 having returned to Ireland after working in the UK and the Middle East. Aidan is a member of the Traditional Building & Conservation Skills Register of practitioners of the Irish Georgian Society and has particular experience in Structural Analysis and Design.
Aidan, having acted as Director/Health & Safety Director for 20+ years with CSEA now acts as Consultant with the firm sharing his knowledge gained from his extensive experience in all aspects of Civil and Structural Engineering design on a wide variety of projects, including Eurocontrol Shannon, Braun Ireland, UCD Belgrove Student Residences, Fonthill Business Park, Tyrrellstown District Centre, School of Engineering & Landscape Architecture, UCD Newstead, Leinster Rugby Training Facility Clonskeagh and numerous commercial, industrial, institutional and retail developments. Clients include UCD, IDA, Twinlite, Procter and Gamble and Green Property plc.
Alan is a Senior Design Engineer in CSEA with over 10 years experience in both Civil and Structural engineering design. Alan has gained extensive experience in all aspects of Civil and Structural Engineering design on a wide variety of projects, including N3 Mulhuddart Interchange Upgrade, 110kV ESB substations in Dublin, Remodeling Projects in Irish Rail and the DART Underground Dublin for Irish Rail.
Alan has extensive Structural Engineering Experience including Structural Analysis and Appraisal of Existing Structures. Alan acted as a Former Specialist Structural Engineer with Irish Rail and Former Project Manager with Roadbridge Limited, Engineering Contractors. Alan managed of large Multidisciplinary Engineering Design and Contracting Teams and was involved in the construction Planning of Civil, Structural Engineering and Building Projects, Monitoring of Site Works, Approval of Interim Payments, Variations and Final Accounts.
Martin is a Senior Design Engineer at CSEA with over 13 years experience. A graduate of DIT Bolton Street, Martin joined CSEA in 2011 with a track record of effective & efficient design of building structures in the residential, commercial & educational sectors.
He has since continued to gain extensive experience in all aspects of Structural Engineering design and project management on a wide variety of projects from small scale domestic refurbishment to large scale commercial construction projects from 110kV substations to Data Centres.
Laurence is a Senior Design Engineer in CSEA with over 10 years experience in Structural Engineering design. Laurence has gained considerable experience in a wide variety of projects including pharmaceutical projects like MSD Facility upgrade at Avondale, Co. Wicklow, Commercial projects like Avoca building, Rathcoole and Bridgewater Centre in Arklow, Co. Wicklow and Data centre projects including 20,000m2 DUB 52 Facility in Blanchardstown.
San Hung has over 10 years experience in road and transportation projects including urban and rural roads and highways, sustainable transport, streetscape upgrade, and pavement rehabilitation schemes. She is also an experienced MX user and traffic analyst using a range of modelling tools such as VISSIM, OSCADY, and ARCADY.
She has been involved recently in transportation studies, design of pedestrian and cycle networks, and traffic management schemes in Dublin, Dun Laoghaire, Fingal, Meath, Wicklow, and Cork. Her role in these included network studies, civil design, liaison with local authorities and service providers, public consultation, tendering, and site support during construction.
Conor is a Design Engineer in CSEA with over 10 years’ experience. Conor joined CSEA at the start of 2007 and has since gained experience in many aspects of Civil Engineering whilst working on a wide variety of projects. Some of Conor's project experience to date includes Dublin 15 Priority Cycle Routes 1 and 2, N3 Mulhuddart Interchange, Bray Main Street Improvements, Wyattville Road Pedestrian and Cycle Scheme, Ongar/Barnhill Distributor Road, Techrete (Ireland) Ltd, and Porterstown Link Road.
Noel is a Design Engineer in CSEA with experience in both Civil and Structural engineering design. A graduate of University College Dublin having gained experience to date in design of and production of structural drawings for Structural Steel, Reinforced Concrete, Masonry and timber structures to Eurocodes.
Noel also has experience in design of and production of drainage drawings to the GDSDS as well as conducting dilapidation surveys and compiling dilapidation reports, submitting planning applications and performing the role of PSDP and Client, Design Team and Contractor Liason.
Elaine is a traffic engineer with more than six years experience in traffic control and management, with a particular focus on sustainable transport planning. She has worked in consulting for the past three and a half years and has been involved in a variety of projects including highway upgrade projects, accident investigation, parking studies, traffic management, traffic control, sustainable transport planning and road safety auditing.
Prior to entering consultancy, she worked for local government where, among other work, she project managed the introduction of Ireland’s 1st cycle parking facility in a multi storey car park, researched and wrote a number of high profile reports which went on to influence national policy, and lead a project to create an information website which received an excellence in communication award. She was also involved in the introduction of Dublin’s highly successful Public Bike Scheme.
Barry is a senior resident engineer with 8 years of professional experience and joined CSEA in 2015. He has a wide range of engineering experience in both design and contracting roles, working on projects in Ireland and abroad. Barry has worked on major civil infrastructure projects, mixed use developments and urban transportation improvement schemes.
David Kennedy joined CSEA in 2015 as a design engineer with nine years experience. He has experience in a broad range of civil and structural engineering projects in the educational, commercial and residential sectors. David has particular experience on Department of Education projects, managing projects from concept design stage through planning and construction.
Daire is a Civil Engineer with over 8 years experience in the civil and structural engineering industry. Daire has gained extensive design and site experience on a wide variety of large civil and structural infrastructural projects which include the M3 Clonee to Kells motorway , Phase 1 of the M50 widening & the N8 Cashel to Mitchelstown PPP motorway scheme. Additionally, Daire has gained design and site experience within the residential, educational, sports and recreation, commercial, healthcare and Institutional development sectors.
Daire has particular experience in the delivery of large PPP motorway projects, drainage schemes, foul pumping stations, utilities, junction upgrades, road widenings and realignment, pavement design, site supervision, production of Specifications, BOQ, water services and transportation planning reports, the procurement through GCCC framework for a variety of site investigation contracts, road safety audits and the compiling and issuing of tender documents/packages for Public Works contracts. Projects that Daire is currently involved in are the Tallaght to Ballyboden Cycle Route Scheme, refurbishment and upgrade of Ashbourne Main Street & Ashbourne North & South, Grange Castle Business Park (Site supervision for the construction of ESB 110kV line, Grange Castle Access Road, Grange Castle Foul Analysis Report, Grange Castle Cycle/Footway upgrade contract, Grange Castle Duct proving and repairs contract & Grange Castle Landscaping contract).

Proficient in both AutoCAD and CADS RC and has particular experience in Civil Draughting & Structural Detailing.
Denis is a CAD Technician in CSEA with over 15 years experience. A graduate of Mapua Institute Of Technology in Philippines. Worked in Singapore for 7 years and joined CSEA in April 2006 and has since gained extensive experience in all aspects of Civil and Structural Engineering design on a wide variety of projects, including infrastructure, commercial, industrial, institutional and retail developments.
Proficient in both AutoCAD & Micro Station and has particular experience in Civil Draughting & Structural Detailing.

Kevin is a Technician in CSEA with over 16 years experience with City & Guilds in 2D and 3D AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Autodesk Revit & Navisworks experience. Kevin joined CSEA in 1998 and has since gained extensive experience in many aspects of Civil and Structural Engineering design on a wide variety of projects, including commercial, industrial, institutional and retail developments.
Kevin has particular experience with boundary disputes and land registry dealings. He also has experience with various 2D and 3D digital imaging software. Clients include IDA Ireland, Fingal County Council, SDCC, and private developers.
Lena is a qualified engineer with over 16 years experience and provided a senior technician role co-ordinating our major schemes. A graduate of ST. Petersburg State Transport University Russia, she joined CSEA in 2003 and has since gained experience in detailing and production of contract drawings for the planning, tender and construction stages of projects varying from Private Business Parks to Public Road Works.
Lena works primarily on AutoCAD and is proficient in AutoTURN, (Vehicle Movement Software), MX Roads (Geometric Road Design Software), KTS (Keysing eire vio.5.1), (Road Signage and Directional Design Software), Fastrack CAD PAMCAD 2006. (Watermain Software Package).
Anna is a Technician in CSEA with over 8 years experience. A graduate of Opole Technical University. Joined CSEA in 2006 and has since gained extensive experience in all aspects of Civil and Structural Engineering design on a wide variety of projects, including Fonthill Industrail Estates, Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, UCD Belfield, and other commercial, industrial, institutional and retail developments.
Anna Szmyt has particular experience in structure detailing. Clients include a multi-national Private Client, Green Property and University College Dublin.
Alan has worked as a Senior Structural/Civil technician on concrete, structural steel and timber framed projects including The Park, Carrickmines Retail Phase 1 & 2, Office Development (750 car RC underground car park with steel framed retail units) Carrickmines, Rolwestown National School.
Alan also liaised with Project Architects and Engineers in order to prepare the structural GA drawings. Prepared the structural steelwork and reinforced concrete details, including the RC schedules. Alan also reviewed and signed off construction drawings from the steel fabricator and pre-cast concrete manufacturer as well as carrying out site inspections of RC Steel and snagging of structural steel work. Other projects also include Northern Cross Business Park, Ballycoolin, North West Business Park, Ballycoolin, Streamstown Residential development, Greenhills Credit Union, Donnycarney Credit Union and Health Services Credit Union.
Krzysztof is a Civil/Structural Technician in CSEA with over 5 years of experience. A graduate of "Lodz University of Technology" (Poland), joined CSEA in 2013 and has since gained experience in all aspects of Civil Engineering working on a wide variety of projects for both private and local authority clients.

Lukasz is a Technician in CSEA with over 5 years of experience in all aspects of Structural/Civil Engineering working on a wide variety of projects such as: Holy Family Church in Belfast, large housing development in Goatstown Co. Dublin, Kill Pumping Station Co. Kildare. .
Jacinta is a Civil Technician with over 5 years’ experience in a wide variety of Civil and Structural projects, including small and large scale residential, commercial, and industrial projects. A graduate of Bolton Street DIT, Jacinta joined CSEA in 2015
Jacinta has worked on transport infrastructure, drainage and utilities, and structural elements from preliminary stages through to planning, tender and construction. Clients have been both public and private in nature and particular projects include The Criminal Courts of Justice, Ferrybank Shopping Centre, and Citywest Shopping Centre. She is proficient in AutoCAD and AutoTRACK.
